All orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours and shipped out Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 10am HST Friday will be shipped out Monday morning. Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number. Follow this tracking number, as J Brand Beauty is not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to J Brand Beauty.
I want you to have the highest quality of supplies and be completely satisfied with your purchase, so any returns or exchanges of unused products can be made within 14 days from the date of the order. J Brand Beauty Trainings are very detailed and specific courses based on each student's individual needs. I require a 50% non refundable deposit when reserving your seat in a course in order to properly prepare and plan for the event. When paying the invoice, you are agreeing to these terms.
